Cooking option
We put the frozen vertices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper with a gap of 2 cm between them. Using a brush, lubricate the twirls with a beaten chicken egg. We bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 °C for 30 minutes, until a golden brown crust is formed.
