WORKING RULES OF THE DELIVERY SERVICE
Delivery of finished products
The Gustland Call Center is available daily from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM, including official holidays in the Republic of Moldova (except for December 31, January 1, and Easter holidays).
To place an order, you must contact the call center operator at 022-264-600 / +373 60 777 977 or directly on the website www.gustland.md.
Delivery is available from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
DELIVERY COST:
The delivery cost in Chișinău is 60 MDL.
We count on your understanding and kindly ask you to meet the courier at the entrance to the building or at the entrance to the business center/residential complex.
The delivery service is also available in the suburbs of Chișinău: Stăuceni, Grătiești, Vatra, Tohatin, Dumbrava, Airport, Băcioii Noi, Airport town, Bubuieci, Cricova, Ciorescu, Trușeni.
Delivery to the suburbs of Chișinău is carried out from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (in summer) and from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (in winter).
Delivery to Muncesti Street from numbers 293 and 776, and Dacia Boulevard from numbers 60 and 65, costs 60 MDL.
Delivery cost to the suburbs of Chișinău is 70-100 MDL, depending on the distance, regardless of the order value. For example:
Stăuceni = 100 MDL
Grătiești = 110 MDL
Vatra = 120 MDL
Tohatin = 120 MDL
Dumbrava = 60 MDL
Bubuieci = 110 MDL
Cricova = 120 MDL
Ciorescu = 140 MDL
Trușeni = 175 MDL
Delivery time
The approximate delivery time is as follows:
- The delivery time may vary depending on the order’s composition, official holidays, weather conditions, and/or general traffic in the area.
- If the delivery is made during the day, the call center operator will notify you in advance.
- Gustland offers dishes with different preparation times, which may affect the delivery time.
Receiving the order
- Upon receiving the order, please ensure that you receive a fiscal receipt and a card slip (if paying by bank card).
- Additional documents must be requested in advance from the call center operator.
- Upon receiving the order, the client is required to verify the quantity and assortment of the order according to the receipt.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Cash upon receiving the order;
- Bank card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro) upon receiving the order;
- Online by bank card on the website.
IMPORTANT!
In the event of a refund for online payments, the process may take up to 14 calendar days.
DELIVERY ADDRESS AND TIME
Delivery of goods is carried out in Chișinău and its suburbs. The following suburbs are served: Cricova, Ciorescu, Stăuceni, Grătiești, Bubuieci, Vatra, Trușeni, Tohatin, Dumbrava.
- When placing an online order, it is automatically sent for processing to an operator.
- If you place an order between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, the delivery will take place on the same day within 2-3 hours, depending on the dishes ordered.
- If you place an order after 5:00 PM, delivery will be made the next day at the time you specify in the order, between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
IMPORTANT!
Please provide accurate contact details. The operator will only contact you if any changes to the order are necessary.
To place an order by phone, please contact the operator at +373 60 777 977 / 022 264-600. If you want to order custom-made dishes, send us a request today by 10:00 PM. The delivery time for custom-made products varies, and details are discussed in advance with the Call Center operators.
Delivery is carried out daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
